Timebar

This last week we have been working on implementing new functionality. One of the latest features that has been added to our application is a new timebar. Previously we had only one timebar that allowed the user to move along the content of the page, but now we have added a second timebar and some colors to it. These colors are representative of different ages which allows users to easily recognize where they are in the timeline. The lower time bar has two sliders now. These sliders allow the user to restrict the range of time of the top timebar and the range of time of events that can be shown in the content panels, creating something similar to a custom filter for each user. By using the slider on the top timebar the user can move along the content of the page as they previously did, but now they can restrict the range making it more specific. We hope that this timebar will allow user to access information more easily and pleasantly than before.
