Hello World,
Saying this tastes bittersweet, but this will be the final blog post from the Venice Atlas Team. It was a lot of fun updating the world about our project as we completed it, but all good things must come to an end.
This morning we had our Final Presentation of our project at UNESCO and I think I speak for the entire team when I say it went very well. Our advisors and Claudia (our sponsor from Atlanta della Laguna) were impressed with our presentation and very happy with our results.
As the term winds to a close, so does our time here in the beautiful city of Venice. The next couple of days will be spent finalizing our Final Paper and tie up some loose ends about the project for future groups. We are so thankful to everyone to everyone that assisted in the project, our advisors for guiding us, our sponsors for hosting our project, and our fellow project mates for their support.
All of our files are organized and available via the "Team Files" link on the right. To view the final fountain data we gathered and instructions how to view it on the Venice Project Center website, instructions are under the "Fountains" tab. Finally the final version of the historical map explorer can be accessed via the link located by clicking the "Venetian Historical Map Explorer" tab.
This is Venice Atlas Team signing off!
