Witch Trials Assignment

For this assignment you will summarize actual testimony from the 1692 Salem witch trials. 20 people were executed as a result of the Salem Witch Trials of 1692. Your task is to summarize each one of their cases. Use Google docs, share it and link it onto your blog page called Poetry, Puritans, and Purpose.

What you need to find:

    1. the name of the accused.
    2. their profession in Salem
    3. the charge
    4. who lodged the complaint
    5. the verdict
    6. the outcome

How to find it:

1. Use this map and follow the timeline to record the names of those accused.

2. Read about the cases and record the information you need to complete the assignment.

3. You must include this data in a well written paragraph on each of the executed.

All of the summaries are due by October 28th.
