Dr. B.C.Roy Engineering College, Durgapur (BCREC) is a dedicated NPTEL Local Chapter established on July 6, 2016 with the collaboration of Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. NPTEL is a joint initiative of the IIT's and IISc. Through this initiative, Online courses and certification programes in various  disciplines are offered.
