Seeing was very poor but wasn't bad enough to hide the added brightness of the
rings near opposition. The poor seeing turned out to be bad seeing at the telescope.

Two images above taken 29minutes apart show the series of storm clouds in the Northern hemisphere. The Eastern half of the clouds shows discrete clouds indicating a possible pulsating source.
