Compare the No. Tropical Zone that has had recent eruptions with that on Sept. 01 below. The Methane holes are now dark. The brown barge continues to cover a fraction of the North Temperate belt.
The first sign of an eruption was on August 18th. The color of the trailing spot is blue that could indicate a Methane hole. Methane scatters blue light. The brown barge is still visible near the NE limb.

Based on the above two images the GRS' position is between W. Lon 338° and 342°. Then compare in each image the South Temperate stream including just South and North of the GRS. There are only minor changes in the positions of the visible features over a five day period. But, note the two white clouds just North-West of the GRS. In the Aug. 15 image they are well separated but in Aug. 20 image they might be interacting.

The North Equatorial belt splits into two East of the CM. The North Temperate belt is faintly visible from limb to limb. A brown barge is visible near the CM of the North- North Temperate belt and dark clouds cover the rest of the way to the Western limb.
