Carol Lee and Sara McVicker have prepared an Emergency Information Form containing pertinent information that would be helpful in an emergency situation, in the event you become incapacitated and are not able to provide this information yourself. We have had a couple of instances in the park recently where a resident became ill and was hospitalized and such information was difficult to locate which prompted this form. As a suggestion, residents, especially singles, are encouraged to complete this form and make sure your neighbors and friends know where you have this information filed if needed. You may print a copy of the form HERE or obtain a copy from Carol or Sara. They have already delivered a copy to several of the singles in the park. It is also recommended to store a contact name on your cell phone titled “ICE” (in case of emergency) for a family contact person as first responders and hospital personnel use this to contact next of kin of cell phone owners in the case of an emergency.
