Toby’s RV Resort has two separate and distinct councils each with their own set of responsibilities:
1. One board is the Resident Council responsible for communication between residents and park management and between residents.
2. The second is the Activity Board responsible for activities, entertainment and kitchen functions. You will find information pertaining to this Board in their respective section in the navigation menu.
Toby's Resident Association Council was established in March, 2009 with a principal objective of:
"contributing to the enjoyment of residents by providing an effective communication link between residents and park management".
Council Structure:
The Council is composed of ten members, two elected from each park section. The park is divided into five sections in order to permit a reasonable and workable representative system that will be inclusive of all park residents. Each section is represented by at least two Section Representatives.
