Reunion 16-18 May 2023

Woke up this morning and realized that next year will be 50 years since we left RGS.

So thought about a reunion around May/June 2023 - mid week in Ripon. What do you think? - I am happy to organize but would need help contacting as many of our year as possible.

My thinking is a reunion sometime next summer May/June probably mid week - once we have clearer idea of numbers would try to pin down some dates then contact hotels in Ripon - Unicorn (32 rooms) and Kings Head ( 27 rooms ) to try and get a deal.

Based on replies to the availability the best time slot is 16-18 May.

Arrive Tuesday 16th - Informal get together, Location TBA.

Wednesday 17th - 'Organized Events', visit to school,

Evening Meal

Ripon Rugby Club has been booked.

7pm for 7:30 meal, 2 Courses.

Main plus dessert (£20), they could also do some cheese platters.

Possibly chicken in a sauce plus apple pie.

They can cater for Veggies/Vegans/Allergies

Thursday 18th - Depart.

Jan has already reserved 15 rooms at the Unicorn, £110 for 2 nights in a double/twin.

He has been collecting names using the WhatsApp group.
