Case Study: Belfast (MEDC)

In the final settlement unit we turn now to look at Urban settlement. The main focus of this unit is to make sure that we get a good understanding of what the main processes are at work within the Inner City in an MEDC and within the Informal Settlements found in a LEDC.

We start with a little work trying to get to grips with the concept of the city and urban environment and then it is straight into the deep content of the case studies.
