01: Spunk IPA

Spunk IPA (Batch #6, OG 1054, brewed 28/03/20:

A very fine brew!

Was my first whole grain brew and was an attempt to make a clone of the marvelous Brewdog Punk IPA.

I think it worked very well and only used two hop varieties!

This is the third batch, with minor tweaks from the previous brews and unfined, details of which are included below:

History:

Based on the recipe from 'Craft Beer'.

Batch #2: Was a name change in honour of Brewdog Punk IPA. (brewed 14/08/17). Similar to the current brew just boosted the grain bill a tad with 25g more dry hop (and less priming sugar) and 'better' kit.

Batch #1: was originally called 'Cradle IPA' brewed on the 21/06/17.

Current brew was just this tweaked for a few more grains and using better kit.
