Mr. Orange found out a secret about Will. His friends did not always call him Will. They had a nickname for him. Sometimes they called him BE GOING TO.
Mr. Orange went back to talk to Will about this name. He found out that there are different times when his friends use his names differently. Here is what he learned:
- When people want to talk about predictions or guesses about the future, they use WILL
- When people want to talk about something they just decided to do, they use WILL
- When people talk about definite plans for the future that were decided on before, they use BE GOING TO. BE GOING TO fits all together in the blue rod to replace WILL. BE has to change to match the subject.
