Goodle Play has a program that allows you to perform calculations on ANDROID devices.
You can download the program here:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.myproj.slshalko.calculation_oil_quality
Below are the "screenshots" software module allows you to define the "elemental composition" motor oil when cooking, depending on the quality indicators and oil additives (basic or intermediate product).
Information about the quality indicators can be taken from the quality certificates or determined by laboratory tests.
At the beginning of the specified software module will be launched starting form provided below
and when switching tabs takes the following form.
This form has three fields to fill in: "The data on the additive", "Prefabricated" and "Finished product". Depending on the sequence of filling these workspaces can do the calculation in two directions.
1 Direction - allows you to define the content of Ca, Zn, P and ash in the product upon mixing oil additives and oil (semi) known quality and quantities:
a) in "Data on the additive" fill the field having a value of chemical elements in the additive;
b) in "Prefabricated" fill the field of available information on petroleum products (as a rule, it is necessary for the correction of non-conforming products);
switch the tab for the area "finished product" and click "Calculate".
After performing the calculation of the field area "finished product" filled with the results of calculations automatically.
c) if necessary, use mixing additives with base oil (which has no content of Ca, Zn, P) to switch the tab area "Prefabricated" and delete the information about the contents of the elements Ca, Zn, P. If you want to change the number of tons.
As a rule, this is necessary in the direct preparation of a commercial product of the base oils.
Switch the tab for the area "finished product" and click "Calculate". After calculation, the field area "finished product" filled with the results of calculations automatically.
To change the direction of the calculation press the "Clear", resulting in the original form is received.
2 direction - to determine the amount of additive (in tons) with a certain (known) the qualitative composition, which is necessary to produce a given quantity of the commodity oil with a given content of elements Ca, Zn, P:
in "Data on the additive" fill the field having a value of chemical elements in the additive;
The "number of tons of" leave blank. Fill the fields in the "finished product" values for the commodity oil, as well as specify the amount in tons. Click "Calculate".
After calculation, the "number of tons of" field "data on the additive" is filled with the result of calculation. It should be noted that the calculation is automatically carried out by the element, which in this case is the limiting.
In this particular example, the calculation was made based on Zn. This means that the calculated amount of additive will provide Zn 0.9% content in the product oil. Wherein actual values of Ca and P, as in this case, may be substantially overstated.
To illustrate this fact will increase Ca and P content by editing the respective fields in the "Data on the additive." When changes are complete click "Calculate". As a result, the number of tons of the additive has not changed as a consequence of the above.
But with increasing Zn content twice and pressing the "Calculate", logically there is a reduction amount of the additive is also doubled.
Remember! This software module allows you to use a mathematical model to calculate the value of the content of elements Ca, Zn, P and ash, but does not replace direct laboratory tests.
