Below are the "screenshots" software module used to calculate the viscosity of the mixture of the two oil components.
To work with this software module to remember:
- The viscosity of the first component must always be lower than the viscosity of the second component;
- Viscosity of the mixture may never be lower than the viscosity of the first component.
Home form is a box with six fields for data entry and has the following form.
Depending on the sequence of input data in the specified form field software module allows the calculation of viscosity in different "directions", namely:
1. "Direction" - Calculation of the estimated viscosity of the mixture by mixing the two components with known viscosities.
a. enter the value of the viscosity of the first component (less viscous)
b. substitute the number of tons of the first component (less viscous mixture)
c. enter the value of the viscosity of the second component (a viscous mixture)
d. type value of the second amount of component (a viscous mixture)
e. after entering the above data and arbitrary click of a mouse (aside from the fields to fill) is made to verify the completeness and accuracy of the input values. Upon completion of the test become active button "Calculate" and "Repeat" and inactive remaining fields required.
f. after pressing the "Calculate" inactive all fields are filled in results determining the viscosity of the mixture.
g. if necessary, make a further determination on the "direction" with other baseline viscosity required to make editing in the active fields, and then click "Calculate" to get the next result.
As an example we edit the viscosity of the starting components, and their number remains the same.

h. if necessary, make a further determination on the "direction" but with different initial values of the number of components required to make editing in the active fields, and then click "Calculate" to get the next result. 2. "Direction" - calculation of the required viscosity of the second component and the amount that, when mixed with the first component with a known viscosity and amount to obtain a mixture with a predetermined viscosity and quantity.
a. here and always further in the transition to other "direction" you must press the "Repeat". The result is a purified form to fill out and further calculation.
b. enter the value of a certain viscosity less viscous component and enter the value of its amount.
c. enter the value of a certain (given) the viscosity of the mixture and the type value of its amount.
d. After entering these values and arbitrary click of a mouse (aside from the fields to fill) is made to verify the completeness and accuracy of the data entered, the completion of which become active button "Calculate" and "Repeat" and inactive remaining fields required.
e. after pressing the "Calculate" inactive all fields are filled in the results to determine the viscosity and quantity of the second component.
f. if you will, that the mixture has a greater number of the first component can be taken with a higher
viscosity - edit the appropriate fields.

3. "Direction" - calculation of the required viscosity of the first component and the amount that, when mixed with a second component with a known viscosity and amount to obtain a mixture with a predetermined viscosity and quantity.

Remember this software module allows for a mathematical model to calculate the viscosity and not a substitute for direct laboratory tests.
