Schools should serve as places of hope and possibility. Tara has a record of leading positive change vested in school context and community needs.
Tara enjoys sharing her learning and facilitates workshops and meetings regularly both in and outside of school.
Effective communication is communication to the point of redundancy. Tara enjoys co-creating multiple media and forms of communication.

Tara is a learning leader who enjoys learning for the sake of learning. Collaboration and co-creation are of high value to her and she embraces emergent strategy and the idea of leading from the emerging future.
In addition to learning alongside her colleagues, Tara seeks out new learning via courses, webinars, workshops, conferences, and social media, and she is an avid reader. She is excited to be on the path to her PhD in Education for Social Justice.
