1) Ordinary Members meeting was held successfully on 19th March, 2018 at evening.

2) Volunteers assemble meeting was held successfully on 22nd March, 2018 at evening.

3) Online payment system is coming soon by BHIM UPI.

4) New Paper Lamination Machine was purchased for Photos Lamination. This was inaugurated by our beloved sevak brother Sinchan Mondal on 18th March, 2018. We have already laminated more than 300 photo copies of Swamiji and Holy Trio.

5) Annual General Meeting was successfully held on 8th April, 2018 Sunday Afternoon at Saradananda Conference Hall of Vidyamandira. (Summary details are given bellow*)

6) From October, 2013 to March, 2018 our total earning including all funds (General, Maa Sarada Cloth Distribution Project, Vidyarthi Seva Prakalpa and Nivedita Samaj Kalyan Prakalpa) was Rs. 1,96,977.00 and our total expenses including all funds was Rs. 1,19,019.00. Our available balance is Rs. 77,958.00 till 31st March 2018. 

Annual Audit Report & Final Annual Expenses Report will be published on most probably Last week of August, 2018. Everybody can see this report on our website. 

The Annual General Meeting of SVWC was successfully held on 8th April of 2018 afternoon at Saradananda Conference Hall of Vidyamandira. All details are given bellow:

1)   On absent of Respected President Sriman Bakreswar Panda, Respected Vice President Sriman Dibyendu Mondal presided the meeting as per rules of our organization.

2)   Total 29 members and volunteers were present on the meeting.

3)   Our 3 members and 3 volunteers delivered their speech on the meeting.

4)   Respected General Secretary Sriman Swarup Dey delivered his speech related our organization. 

5)   Respected Vice President Sriman Dibyendu Mondal delivered his marvelous speech for sevak brothers.

6)   On that day Respected Assistant General Secretary Sriman Nittyananda Naskar read out Annual Report and delivered his speech for sevak brothers. 

7) The New Governing Body Members and New Ordinary Members name announced by Respected Vice President.

8)  Debmalya Santra is now our new and another Respected Assistant General Secretary. Nittyananda Naskar wants to release his Assistant General Secretary post for his unstable health condition. But for the stay order of Respected Vice President and other members he will continue this post for next few months.

9)   New Members are Souvik Banerjee, Sinchan Mondal, Rahul Das, Priyobrata Mondal, Asim Ruidas, Suman Acharya.
