What we do

For the past few years, we have tried to reach places where no government or other support has not yet reached, especially the rural areas. Our quest started after seeing people struggle for their daily need in the small village of Gajalpur in Siuri. In our ongoing journey, we have extended ourselves to many other regions and have tried to help people through following ways.

Glimpses from the start of our journey

It dates back to 2013, in the month of October, we, a group of young students inspired by the words and deeds of Swami Vivekananda started our journey with great zeal and enthusiasm to serve the “Living God”. The roads at the beginning of our journey were not mellifluous. It was a road full of thorns. The main constraint was crisis of money. We were mere college students, so all of us were anxious of how to continue this noble work. But Swamiji”s inspiring words gave us the will power to continue and we a group of young boys started off enchanting only one mantra---“Live For Living God”.With an motive to service this “living Narayana”  we started saving our pocket money. It is often heard that great works does not come to a standstill due to shortage of money. It gains momentum if the person doing it has got willpower and determination. In our journey we were helped by a few kind hearted donors who helped us with money and provided impetus in our motive to fulfill Swamiji’s dream of serving the poor, helpless downtrodden people.

Swamiji had  envisioned of a “New India”. He had dreamt of such an India, where the world will bow down before her glory. He dreamt of upliftment of the  Destitute Indian, Pariah Indian. We do not run behind fame and success, but to fulfill the dream of Swamiji   through “Sacrifice”. We exhibit the true spirit of team work and work as a family. We hope to continue this spirit of serving the “Living God” in future also.We expect that with your fervent, spontaneous and intent blessings this small and tiny sapling will one day become a “Gigantic oak” with its branches filled with leaves and flowers and branches spread in all directions. To conclude we pray to Thakur, Maa and Swamiji for well being of all inhabitants of this beautiful world.
