By working with teachers to unpack the “front part” of the curriculum, I assist teachers in planning a responsive provision that helps all students, including the minoritised, to become confident, connected, lifelong learners.
My work with teachers in curriculum integration includes the key competencies and principles across multiple domains and tracks the impact created by students, for students.
Teachers benefit from my skills in differentiation and inclusive learning practices, which in collaboration with building data literacy and evaluative capability, allow a whole school approach to personalising the learning for all students.
I work with teachers using the Spiral of Inquiry (Timperley, Kaser, & Halbert, 2014) to strengthen teacher pedagogy whilst incorporating learning with digital technologies and innovative learning environment strategies. Teachers are empowered with strategies and resources to create immediate change in their own classrooms as well as schoolwide.
