Outline of professional learning and development skills

 I lead change across clusters as well as individual schools; supporting school leaders to collect and analyse data to show evidence of progress and to document effective practices.  As well as engaging teachers in an evidence-based teaching-as-inquiry process focused on the identified needs of their diverse learners.
