Change management leadership
An effective change leader, I am able to lead collaborative practices to support achievement challenges and create a "rising tide" of schoolwide achievement and progress for all students.
I have lead change across clusters as well as individual schools and supported school leaders to collect and analyse data to show evidence of progress and to document effective practices. As well as engaging teachers in an evidence-based teaching-as-inquiry process focussed on the identified needs of their diverse learners.
By focusing on the wider impacts of change, I am able to assist leaders moving from the status quo into a new environment. This has been in simple process change, changes in policy or changing strategies to allow students and teachers to meet their full potential.
My strategy is to assist leaders and teachers to implement sustainable change whilst supporting teachers and acknowledging the strengths of all key stakeholders.
