My manaakitanga approach to PLD allows all key stakeholders to have a voice and I am able to help balance personality issues that may negatively impact on collaborative ventures.
My wide research base and interests allow me to draw on PLD support from multiple areas (leadership research, psychology, education) to support the unique needs that collaborative practices have.Â
