5. Strategy evaluation

Evaluating the strategy of the organization is comparing results against objectives, monitoring the implementation of strategies, assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of processes and resources in relation to strategies and measuring the degree of alignment of processes, resources, intangible factors, management practices, performance indicators, projects and budgets with objectives and strategies; assessing changes, opportunities, risks, strengths and weaknesses; and developping a plan of action to correct or improve the current situation.
