2. Strategy planning
The second step is to prepare a work plan. This step will define the business model of the business, review the classification of management processes and prepare an implementation schedule.
Based on the objectives of senior management and comments from working groups, the business model and the process classification should be reviewed and adapted to new needs and new expectations of customers and stakeholders.
