Analyzing opportunities and risks as well as strengths and weaknesses of the organization provide information for proper diagnosis and development of new strategies.

The leaders of the organization must first define the mission, core values and clear vision of the organization.

Subsequently, leaders define the ultimate goals and develop different strategies to achieve them. These strategies may include sectorial strategies.
