Sing-a-Long-a Sound of Music is a screening of the classic Julie Andrews film musical in glorious, full-screen technicolor, complete with subtitles so that the whole audience can sing along!

Fancy dress adds to the fun. What will be your favourite film-inspired costume?(Mother Superior? Maria? The Captain?). Special prize for best costume!

Raffle, alcohol for sale and free "goody bag" containing handy props. All will be explained on the night!

Kidneys for Life is a registered UK charity based in Manchester which covers renal patients throughout the Northwest. It undertakes research into kidney disease, dialysis and transplantation and also funds patient amenities for those suffering from renal disease in the MRI and their renal dialysis satellite units.

What to expect?

The pre-show (6.15-6.45pm)

There is a 30 minute pre-film show which will lead you through a vocal warm up and talk you through our free interactive prop bags.

Free interactive Props Bags

You will be handed a free interactive props bag as you enter the hall. This contains what we call your “Magic Moments” (specific points in the film where all of the audience will interact together using their props). More explination will be given.
