Room Hire
Regular Weekly Bookings
St Clement's has many rooms which are available to hire on a regular basis for classes and groups during the week. The amount of time you book for is flexible and dependent on availability; some people hire the space for an hour a week, others hold classes several times a week for a number of hours. Please be advised that we currently have very limited availability for taking on regular bookings.
Weekend Bookings for Special Events
We also take one-off bookings for events such as parties, concerts and workshops at weekends. These are hired at fixed times at a cost of £110 for the Youth Centre and £120 for the Lower and Upper Halls:
Friday 6 - 11pm
Saturday 2 - 7pm and 6 - 11pm
Sunday 12.30 - 5.30pm
Please note, we are not able to take bookings for parties celebrating birthdays between 15 to 21 years old.
To check room availability, please email our Parish Administrator at bookings@stclement-chorlton.org.uk. A phone line is available (07984272907) but as this is a part-time position, it is not always possible to take your call.
The Church
The perfect venue for concerts and other performances, we've previously hosted charity night Mic Up For Manchester, Glor! and The Salford Choral Society. The Chorlton Film Institute also holds a monthly screening here.
The Lower Hall
The large, bright room is the ideal venue for parties and comes with an adjoining kitchen. Please note that unfortunately we are no longer able to accommodate bouncy castles in this space.
The Upper Hall
With a beautiful stained glass window, the Upper Hall is an atmospheric location perfect for art and fitness classes. It currently plays host to a number of yoga groups and weekend workshops.
The Youth Centre
Set aside from the main church, our Youth Hall comes equipped with a kitchen and toilets and is ideal for parties and meetings. It comes with around 30 chairs and 6 tables. Unfortunately we can not accommodate a bouncy castle for children's birthday parties in this space, but one can be set up on the grounds outside.

Viewings of the rooms at St Clement's are available on Mondays and Fridays. Please email prior to viewing as we cannot guarantee there will always be someone on site.

St Barnabas

St Barnabas is our sister church and is a self contained building with one hall, a kitchen and toilets.
It is available to hire for regular weekly bookings, as well as a space for parties. One-off bookings can be made for Saturdays and Sundays 1 -6pm (£110).
It is possible to have a bouncy castle inside St Barnabas, but viewing is highly encouraged. Due to the nature of the ceiling - there are cross beams about 3m from the floor at their highest, getting close to the floor slightly towards the walls. Not all inflatables will fit!
