FAVORITE BASEBALL TEAM & WHY· Probably KC by default but I follow the Rays as well
FAVORITE BASEBALL PLAYER & WHY· Ken Griffey Jr. Loved watching him playing during the 90s when I was really getting into baseball. Plus, his trademark left-handed batting stance and backwards hat was something we would always try to imitate
FAVORITE BASEBALL MEMORY· Personal – winning a Division II College World Series and then getting drafted by the Angels. Professional – it would have to be when Randy Johnson killed a bird while pitching in Spring Training. I still can’t believe that happened
1ST MLB GAME YOU ATTENDED & WHEN· It was a Braves game, and I was probably 10 or 11 years old. My aunt drove me up to Atlanta from Rockledge
HOW DID YOU GET INTO THE WWBA?· I filled in once for George Mowry in 2011 and then again in 2012 for Jack Brown. Then I was finally given my own team in 2013.
WHAT OTHER LEAGUES DO YOU PLAY IN· None
WHAT YOU LIKE /DISLIKE ABOUT DMB· Likes
o Ability to quickly play the game
o Pretty basic features that aren’t too complicated
· Dislikes
o “Random” events happen to often (ie a beach ball in RF)
o Literally no support the past couple years so the game has not evolved with MLB
OTHER PRO SPORTS YOU ENJOY WATCHING· Football, Hockey
YOUR FAVORITE MOVIE· I have the attention span of a 3-year-old, so I don’t watch a lot of movies but I’ll always stop and watch “Shawshank Redemption”
THE TYPE OF MUSIC DO YOU LIKE· County, Local Sports Talk Radio
THE BEST BOOK YOU EVER READ· The Greatest Generation or Silent Spring (the reason I don’t eat vegetables today)
ANY PERSON LIVING OR DEAD YOU WOULD LIKE TO MEET & WHY?:· Mark Cuban. I think he’s a fascinating person that is an incredible businessman.
