A.L. TRADE PERIOD INFO

The American League will have a brief closing of their Trading Period. The Trading period will close from Friday, Feb 23rd at 10 pm and reopen at the completion of the A.L. Rookie Draft on Sunday, Feb 25th

2018 WWBA DRAFT DATES

The American League kicks off the draft season on Sunday, February 25th at 10:00. The National League will hold their annual Rookie Draft on Sunday, March 11th at 12:00 pm. Both drafts to take place in the WWBA Chatroom

TEES REHIRE DAVE MARTINEZ

The 2018 WWBA season saw its first managerial firing as Gold Coast Owner / GM Bobby Graz announced that he has axed Manager Keith Hernandez and rehired Dave Martinez. "I can no longer have Hernandez associated with Gold Coast any longer", said the Tee's fiery leader.

The Marshall 2bman had a monstrous campaign leading the WWBA in HRs with 58, Slug% with a .638 mark, runs with 132 and XBH with 102 to capture the POY. 2nd in the voting was DJ LeMahieu of Peninsula, who led the WWBA with a .378 batting avg, 4th highest in N.L. history, and a .438 OB%. 3rd place went to Chilliwack ace Jose Quintana who posted a 20-4 record while leading the WWBA with a minuscule 2.36 ERA
