Collagen Hydration
Standing up in gravity
collagen texture (hydrate fascia)
How to establish a regular movement practise if we feel stuck, struggle with pain, sleep issues or recurring injuries?
The sensation of feeling stuck is a physical response to the loss of elastic tone of our collagen body.
Incorporating neuro fascial technique into your daily self care and training can be a game changer.
Re-connect and rebalance
rebalance the nervous system
Tissue dehydration affects sensory motor control - the ability to adapt, recruit muscles and relax.
The two pillars of neuro fascial technique are stimulating better neuro signalling by establishing better connectivity in the body and improving the texture of our connective tissues (collagen).
A movement practise using neurofascial technique can help you bring awareness to your kinetic choices and offer new stimulation to revitalize the reflexive core.
Mastering a daily technique to help you resolve chronic pain, sleep, digestion and energy issues is instrumental to improve your sports performance and stay healthy as you age. I use a program of neuro fascial training based on deep tissue hydration, core rebalance and neuro strengthening. My approach is adapted to help you progressively master the technique while supporting you to become aware of and move towards transforming compensations in your movement patterns and posture that inhibit healing. Learn to hydrate
Book a consultation and learn how to decrease inflammation and improve your energy by mastering neuro fascial technique with personal training.
Once you understand the technique you can practise deep tissue hydration at home with videos - you can choose between 15 min targetted treatments for hands and feet, lower or upper body hydration or full hour trainings for neuro strength.
Speak the language of sensations
A movement practise that pays attention to sensations will help you bring new options to old habits. Learning to respond to the language of sensations will help you regulating the life supporting systems of your body that function without our conscious control. Refine your practise
