Approving the minutes from last year. All in favor.

New club to add to the website. Golden Sabre. Plus, update Spartak.

Division finances are in order and positive. Barron added redundancy checks.

Problems with events. We were double booked on three occasions which were out of our control with the venue.

Chair/Vice chair reports. Both are pleased with the way the last 2-3 years have run. Kudos to David Hollander for the detailed financial reports.

Medals. We are down to 4 gold, 22 silver and 8 bronze. We will look into alternate medal options versus what we are using now.

Windows 10 updates will be applied to all laptops.

Chris will look into adding social events to askfred.

Tresurer report. Net revenue of $3,054.75. Expenses of $8,315.25. Entry fees of $11,370.00.

Post information about the Amazon Smile Foundation as an e-mail blast.

Armorer report. Effective August 1st, 2015, sabre gloves are FIE only. Division equipment has nine full sets of strips. Two reels are starting to show their age. Tournament setup needs more bodies to assist. Commonly there is only four people and more is beneficial.

The USFA hasn't officially disolved the sections. There may be a dozen reels sets available. We will inquire.

Bout committee report. Venue problems and volunteer issues as usual.

Saul proposed buying 1-2 grounded strips. Dave has an issue with weight and storage in his garage.

Organization of events. Torrey feels we've run events efficiently in a good amount of time. Referee hiring went well. We'll make an effort to hire more refs for qualifiers.

San Diego Cup review has been positive. No reps are currently at the meeting.
