Office Hours

A blank space means it is fully available.

"Reserved" means available to use just like any other unused time.  The difference is that at some point it may become regularly used by whomever reserved it.  The other difference is that I can more easily allow someone to add a day or change a day on a regular basis to an unused time.

Please email Sam if you have a permanent change (any new client or other such situation needs to be emailed to me ASAP so I can update the chart).

For occasional office use (AKA non-permanent), please email the practice* (except Arlene, Jamelah, Sam, & Tracy) that you'll be using an office at a particular time.  First person to email fully secures that time for that day.  Then, anyone else needing that time will have to see what else is available.

If ever you need a time and nothing is avail., you can ask people (including Arlene, Jamelah, Sam, & Tracy) if they might not be in their offices at that time and request its use.

If adding furnishing to your office, please make sure if you share the office to run it by that person 1st.  If planning to install anything (picture, mirror, etc.), please get Sam/Tracy's approval first, then read the following on doing so properly:  The place to put medium-weight objects on the wall are on studs.  Please contact Sam if you don't have a stud + wire finder.  Note that wires are to be avoided, however, which could cause a dangerous electrical situation with live wires, or cause the need for an electrician to come by to fix the issue (cost of such repairs would be by the one who did the damage).  Typically studs contain wires placed horizontally,  and the wires are usually over 2" deep, so a nail that is 2" or less should not damage the wire.  This is the case almost always, but to be 100% sure, you can not put anything into studs where wires are detected by the stud + wire finder.  Note that anchors are an option for putting something heavy up where studs aren't located, however anchors can be not as good as 2" nails, plus anchors do considerably more damage to the wall, therefore whenever possible we need to use studs.

*If you do this often, just create a group email so you can type the group name and find that it'll all go out to everyone in that group.
