The reflection reveals multiple teaching methods incorporated to strengthen student engagement. For example, short-breathing meditation, visual PPT, visual cues, open-class discussion to guide learning and foster understanding of Buddhism concepts. Further, personal anecdotes support connecting key ideas with relevant practice. In turn, I was able to respond to the needs of the pupils; highly relation and thrive best with real-world scenarios are applied to theory.
A creation of learning routines with students is linked to learning expectations.
The designed activities provided opportunities for students to develop academic vocabulary through oral construction.
I also used conversation topics that generated thinking and encouraged students to justify and provide reasons for their responses to questions and helped students build on their peers’ understanding by teaching the skills of reflective listening, paraphrasing, and questioning.
Feedback from the observing teaching reveal a major strength is the well-planned content and inclusive delivery of the lesson

Varied forms of ICT and education technology integrated through ICT technology was utilised via the schools LMS system, SEQTA. Students were asked to reflect on their assessment using the reflection feature. In doing so, students were able to correlate teacher feedback and consider: what went well for them, what they can improve on and what might they do next time to boost their overall success.
Mentimeter/Menti and PADLET have proved to be a highly engaging tool for supporting student engagement and improved ICT literacy. For example, students access Menti.com to diagnose prior understanding for learning content, encourage debates via polls, create whole-class mind maps/brainstorms or generate formative assessment templates with open question to check for student understanding on the content learnt in the lesson
