Stuffed Shells

10 jumbo shells, cooked and drained

8 oz. Ricotta cheese

12 oz. Shredded mozzarella

1 egg

dash salt

1-28 oz jar spaghetti sauce

Stuff shells with cheese mixture. Pour 1 cup sauce on bottom of 9” sq. baking pan. Place shells in pan cheese side up. Pour sauce around and over shells. Cover with foil. Bake 40 minutes at 400° until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with more mozzarella cheese if desired.
