Beef Au Jus

3-5 lb. Boneless Tri-tip roast

1 10 oz. Pkg. Lawry’s Au Jus mix

1 10 ½ oz. Can beef broth (or 1 ¼ cup beef broth)

1 soup can water

Place beef roast in crock pot. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over beef. Cover and cook on low for eight hours. Shred meat with 2 forks and serve over noodles or rice or on French bread rolls. You may thicken the broth with flour if desired.
