Good pm Dr. Rey! I'm Bart. currently a medical clerk.2 years ago, you lectured about breast diseases. The SIM you provided was very useful in the clinics. I would like to ask if SIMs of other surgical conditions are available.

I'm very passionate about surgery. It is my dream not only to become a great surgeon but also to be a teacher.I would like to thank you for inspiring young men like me.

In UP, we did not receive a lecture on the principles of surgical management. We went straight to the discussion of the diseases. But I'm lucky because I had this lecture when I took my surgery elective in Zamboanga under the preceptorship of Dr. Alex Cerillo. Thank you for sharing to us the site where we can access the material. I will share this material with my other colleagues. God Bless us all.

Dear Dr. Joson,

I'm sure you don't remember me, with the volume of students you've handled, but I'm Cedes Tanchuling, I just graduated last May from UP College of Medicine (Class 2013), and just passed the boards... I have always been in awe sir of your advocacy for patient education, and I've been following your blog since before... Currently I'm taking a year off before residency due to health problems (I wish you aren't sick, sir). But my dream is to do GS in PGH, then specialize in GS1, with further training on breast surgery... I've actually already applied to the Avon Global Scholars for Breast CA even if I know they won't accept me until after residency...

The point of this message sir, is, as you so kindly accepted my friend request- is to ask if I could "shadow" you po? With your patients, how you deal

with them, how you operate. I'm not sure if the rumors are true that you've retired from teaching (a great loss for the incoming med students), but I don't know about operating...

I would really like Dr. Joson, to learn from the best. That's why I'm writing you po, very brazenly, and yet with a lot of hope...

Thank you sir, for your time, and for the knowledge you've imparted, regardless of where this request may lead. And again, sorry na ang kapal ko. Keep safe, sir.
