NO REPORT in APRIL 2020 AS THERE WERE NO ROJOSON MEDICAL CLINIC FACE-TO-FACE CONSULTATIONS FOR THE WHOLE MONTH OF APRIL BECAUSE OF ENHANCED COMMUNITY QUARANTINE IN LUZON STARTING MARCH 17, 2020 UP TO MAY 15, 2020.

ROJoson's Advocacy:

HOPE ALL PHYSICIANS WILL DO THEIR BEST NOT TO BE LATE IN STARTING THEIR CLINICS AND NOT TO MAKE PATIENTS WAIT, IF PATIENTS HAVE TO WAIT, NOT MORE THAN ONE HOUR.

Booked Appointment Performance – MARCH 2020

Last Clinic was March 14, 2020

Target: NO patient will have a waiting time for more than 60 minutes from booked appointment time.

NO patient waited for more than 60 minutes from booked appointment time.

Overall, the range of waiting time was 0 – 37 minutes with a mean of 5 minutes.

There were TWO (2) clinic sessions (out of 6 sessions) with totally zero waiting time.

I was not late in coming to my clinic for the 12 sessions this month.

There were 11 lates and 16 no shows of patients. Have to issue reminders again.

Booked Appointment Performance – FEBRUARY 2020

Target: NO patient will have a waiting time for more than 60 minutes from booked appointment time.

NO patient waited for more than 60 minutes from booked appointment time.

Overall, the range of waiting time was 0 – 35 minutes with a mean of 2 minutes.

There were SIX (6) clinic sessions (out of 12 sessions) with totally zero waiting time.

I was not late in coming to my clinic for the 12 sessions this month.

There were 39 lates and 19 no shows of patients. Have to issue reminders again.

Target: NO patient will have a waiting time for more than 60 minutes from booked appointment time.

NO patient waited for more than 60 minutes from booked appointment time.

Overall, the range of waiting time was 0 – 55 minutes with a mean of 6 minutes.

There were SIX (6) clinic sessions (out of 10 sessions) with totally zero waiting time.

I was not late in coming to my clinic for the 10 sessions this month.

There were 37 lates and 16 no shows of patients. Have to issue reminders again.

January to December 2019 Performance - only ONE (1) patient waited for more than 60 minutes from booked appointment time.

Here is a review and reminder on the system of booking for an appointment time:

First and must try: call 85224713 to talk to my secretary, Ms. Beth Tumambing (she is the one holding the scheduling book). She is usually there during non-holiday days during office hours.

If 85224713 (a direct line) cannot be reached, try 8558-0888 local 4100. Those using cellphones or landline phones, reminder to add the "8" before the old phone number and 02 for those outside Manila.

If my secretary cannot be reached, then try calling / texting me - 09188040304. Will try to fix the problem for you. Be reminded though: I don't hold the scheduling book. I still have to coordinate with my secretary. Alternative to cellphone use: messenger or viber.
