Following the financial crisis of 2007–present (2010) and the government's responses to this crisis is a huge fluctuation in stock market. The Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJI) fell from the peak (around 14,000) in 2007 to the trough (below 6,500) in March,2009, and then recovered to around 10,100 on May 27, 2010. The huge volatility of stock price in this period is just an example of fluctuations of which people have been taking advantage since Amsterdam Exchange, in Holland was established in 1602 . People have always managed to make profit by trading shares.
