Default username and password are both "demo".

Installation

Click the desktop icon "Installer" or run "sudo -E minstall" on the live MX Linux.

The following pictures show a procedure to install MX Linux 18.3 onto storage such as a hard disk, flash memory, etc.

As the following, help message says 10GB or more is preferred for the storage to be installed.

Here, you can edit partitions in the HDD by a partition tool.

Choose partition(s).

Wait for a while.

Set a user account and a root password.

Installation completed.
