Procedure to sub-let a flat

PROCEDURE FOR GIVING A FLAT ON LEAVE & LICENCE /TO SUB-LET/CARE TAKER BASIS.

1. Obtain NOC from the Society

2. Prepare LEAVE & LICENSE AGREEMENT

3. Pay proper Stamp Duty & Register it

4. Submit a Police Verification Form to the Police Station along with Tenant's photo

5. Submit Xerox copies of all the above documents to the Society

6. Make Tenant a NOMINAL MEMBER of the Society by filling up the form & pay entrance fee of Rs.100/- by cheque
