New Year Celebrations

Dear All Residents,

We request volunteers to come forward to arrange shows/games for the New Year Celebrations on 31^st Dec. Those who are interested can leave their details with contact number at Society office on 27201305 / 9881202089.

Food and Soft Drink Stalls will be allowed. Residents wishing to put up stalls may please submit the following details to the Society office along with a fee of Rs 200/- before 5:30 PM on Wednesday, 29^th Dec 2010.

• Name, Address and Contact number

• Type of Stall

Stall applicants are requested to assemble on Thursday, 30^th Dec 2010 at 9 PM sharp for the lottery to decide stall locations.

All are requested to participate to make the event a GRAND SUCCESS and usher in the New Year 2011.
