1. If there is no quorum by 10:00AM the meeting will be adjourned and adjourned meeting will be held on the same day at 10:30AM at the same place and adjourned meeting will transact the business on the agenda irrespective whether it is quorum or not.

2. Only members and in their absence associates/joint members shall be entitled to attend the meeting, participate in discussions and vote.

3. Please bring a pen along with you for voting
