Alteration of any sorts in the lifts, viz, paint damage, panel damage is prohibited. Any such incidents would be fined for Rs. 5000/-.

1. A CCTV camera never gives right indication of it's functioning. Hence desist from man handling it, it would be damaged beyond repair. Alteration/Handling to CCTV camera is strictly prohibited. Any incidents as such would be fined for amount Rs. 1500/-.

2. Recording of CCTV can be made only available on request from local law enforcement. A copy of recording will not be provided otherwise. If needed members can watch the recording, but only by way of application and upon application approval. Please don't argue with staff for same.

3. Any alteration of notice/banners is prohibited. Any incidents as such would be fined for amount Rs. 500/.

4. Please note the CCTV camera even records intentions of man handling. So please smile in front of it.
