Inclusion of CD Owners

The Membership and Declaration forms are attached to this page at the end.

For those C&D Owners who can not submit the necessary documents listed in the above Welcome letter in person at the Society office may do the following.

1. Download attached Declaration form, print and sign by the Owner.

2. Download attached Membership form, print and sign by the Owner.

3. Scan Index-II copy (including previous transfer(s))

4. Scan the first page in which the Owner(s) name written and last page where his/her signature included in the Sale Agreement Copy.

5. Those who are NOT possessing the Index-II or Sale agreement copy and wish to provide the same within 6 months can give an undertaking duly signed by the Owner of the tenement. A copy of undertaking is also attached to this page. Don't forget to send scanned copy of both MSEB bill and POI (Proof of Identity).

6. Pay Rs.5017/- towards contribution for common amenities maintenance from Dec'08 to Mar'13. Click here to see the details of calculation for Rs.5017/- per member. Those who wish to pay online should note the online payment procedure mentioned below.

7. Send all scanned documents mentioned above ONLY in PDF format to KunaliconMC [at] gmail [dot] com along with all docs and details through ONE email with subject as "Bldg No-Flat No: Supporting docs for inclusion".

8. Insufficient or incomplete information in multiple emails will not be processed.

9. Those who wish to pay by cheque can also send it by post along with duly signed copies of the above mentioned forms.
