(Quorum, Bylaw VI.4. Three members of Point Of Order PLU shall constitute a quorum. The lack of a quorum shall not prevent the study of the scheduled parliamentary lesson.)

1. Approve the Minutes

    > of the April 27, 2024 meeting

[If approved by members, the Recess for the Educational Program will occur here, in consideration of any guests attending for the educational program only.]

    > Paul McClintock PRP, will teach the unit lesson on the motion, Reconsider, from Robert’s Rules of Order Newly Revised, 12th ed.

    > RP and PRP attendees wishing to receive NAP CEU credit must have their Zoom camera ON for the duration of the educational session. They should have their full name and credential (RP, PRP) displayed as their Zoom name.
