  • Set a "stop time" for your anxiety.

  • Get some exercise.

  • Laugh as much as you can.

  • Get there early.

  • Imagine your favorite person in the audience

  • Fake confidence.

  • Think positively.

  • Visualize success.

  • Practice as much as possible.

  • Get into character.
