Due Diligence

Peter Engineering Group performed due diligence on an acquisition of a U.S. company by Senergy Alternative Energy Limited (SAE). The acquisition was successfully completed in July 2010. Dr. William Peter led a statistical analysis of financial data to assess company’s future outlook. He also met with company management to discuss future partnership opportunities. Peter Engineering Group provided a market outlook on the wind development, power transmission, and natural gas pipeline sectors, including a forecast of the short and medium term outlook for those markets.
