Autism & Bullying
Bullies- The Hidden Sociopaths - How they tick
Remember bullies have hangups about themselves but one can never underestimate what they're capable of and how it can effect anybody let alone someone with Autism. I had bullying in my school life and part of my time in employment but one thing I can say it is that I wasn't the problem they Were!
I was very recently told by a "former" bully that I should stop living in the past. What I find brilliant is how bullies work, they use what is called "reverse" psychology they're really talking about themselves but they want you to think you're the one who has got the behaviour problem. This person saw my website and "removed" me as a friend (I thought people could change, this person sadly proved me wrong.)
It's simple underhanded way of taking their own guilt and shame away from themselves and putting it onto you. That is what this "former" bully was trying to do. Same tactics, same person. Some bullies never change they grow up and go into the workplace and this needs to be addressed by Schools so that anybody accused of bullying must be monitored in the workplace. I wonder if this will happen in the future. I hope so.
Types Of Bullies
In mind there are three types of Bullies
The "Psychological" Sociopath
The Bully who is "not" the Bully but the person reacting to your "bad" or "stupid" behaviour. They use reverse psychology and brainwashing to manipulate situations in which they have bullied a person. Like the situation of this "former" bully. A classic example of subtle manipulation
The "Physical" Sociopath
The Bully who uses their own physical power to dominate and subdue their "victim". This can be through pushing, punching, shoving, kicking the person and making them feel worthless.
The "Psycho/Physical" Sociopath
The Bully who both uses psychology and physical strength
