The lack of posts is not a sign of lack of activity... I've now completed the full set of internal transects and in the process of finishing off surveying the fields around the forest. The hot weather has produced a mass of flying insects and the hawking bats have been out in force over the last few weeks. Once the farm surveys are complete I'll run the HSMs for the last time towards the end of September. I have a set of models already in place for all the presence data to the end of July, and will post these soon. The special BatLogger build has performed perfectly these last few months too, so no orphaned recordings due to excessive GPS latency.
