Bi-annual reviews

The group does a bi-annual review process, to help your work and working environment progress and make sure everyone is getting the most out of their time in the group.

This is composed of 2 parts:

1) Group Evaluation (attached as PaiGroupEvaluation_V1):

    • big picture skills, goals, experience in lab

    • 2 times a year (January and July)

2) Advising Perspectives (attached as PaiGroupAdvising_V1):

    • specific needs and wants within an advising relationship

    • Once a year in July

Short and succinct answers are sufficient for both forms, but feel free to elaborate if necessary! We can only make improvements if issues (however minor) are known, so please be honest!
