After the annual conferences in Singapore and South Korea resumed, the organizers would like to announce that the seventh Pacific International Politics Conference (PIPC) has been scheduled for Tokyo, Japan, from July 4 to 5, 2025.
The conference is hosted by Waseda University. Tokyo is a fascinating city in East Asia. Waseda University is one of the top universities in Japan and a private tertiary institution founded in 1882.

Instructions for Paper Presentations
We follow the PSS(I) style of paper presentations. Please read the following rules.
The panel chair introduces the presentation title and the author and serves as a time keeper.
Each presenter has a 30 minute presentation slot.
Each presenter gives a 10-12 minute presentation.
Audiences start asking questions immediately after the author finishes presenting a paper.
The Q&A session continues to the end of the time slot.
The next presenter starts giving a paper after 30 minutes have passed.
Instructions for Poster Presentations
The poster should be the following size, 1200 mm in width and 1800 mm in height.

Registration Fee
International-based scholars are required to pay a registration fee of 20,000 JPY or $150 at the conference venue.
